What happens next? Your redemption request is sent to us. If it's during regular office hours, our goal is to respond to you within 30 minutes or less of receiving your text. We will take the information that you provided and see if we can accommodate your request. We will then send you a text message to the number you provided, either confirming your appointment as you requested, or, if that time is already taken, offering you an alternative time.

How do I know if there are any fees owed that must be paid at the time of redemption? After we confirm your appointment, we will let you know if there are any fees.

What form of payment do you take? We only accept Cash or Cash App.

Why might I not be able to get the time I requested? We already might have the time you requested booked.

After I get confirmation of the date and time for the redemption appointment, what happens next? By 6 PM the night before your appointment, a text will be sent to you with our address and additional instructions.
